THE TIME HAS COME. THE TIME TO FREEZE OUT THE PROFITLESS CHANGE. IT’S TIME FOR YAMAN. DANMASANI OF SONGA, TAKE KWARA TO THE STARDOM.

“When the shibboleth of a government is ‘change’ and yet, there’s no constant change except deceptive digital politics over good governance, let the masses vote against the standstill in guise of progressive.”

On the 25th of May, 2022, virtually, majority of Kwarans felt unusually excited around 9:48pm when the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) announced Alhaji Shuaib YAMAN, the Danmani of Songa as the transparently emerged candidate at its gubernatorial primary election that took place in Arca Santa arena. Yaman, as always addressed by all and sundry isn’t only the preferred candidate of the PDP but also the most preferred hopeful of the people of Kwara. The emergence of YAMAN at the primary is under way to by the grace of God, succeed the incumbent governor, who is also contesting against him come 2023. Don’t misconstrue this—we know our governor is great. But let YAMAN show you he’s greater as he sits on the seat. Then, you will be able to clearly see who prioritizes ‘politics’ and who’s more concerned about ‘governance’.

The competence, productivity, humanity, integrity and authenticity that are naturally established in YAMAN are the great centerpieces that stand him out amidst others. The records of this preferred 2023 gubernatorial candidate of the PDP is worthily traceable; this is the man who has built men in different capacities. He’s a torchbearer; a life-changer; a philanthropist; a brand for humanity; a hope for the hopeless; and, a light of fortune for the hapless. YAMAN is selfless. He’s not coming to deceive us like an opportunist that hides under the canopy of reformation.

The expectation that politicians be ‘human’ appears to have developed from a relatively minor and undemanding expectation that politicians be genial, warm, and sympathetic to a relatively major and more demanding expectation that politicians be ‘normal’ in a variety of ways and situations and especially ‘in touch’ with the ‘real’ lives of ‘ordinary’ people. I am cocksure YAMAN is set; he’s so much ready for the fruitful betterment of Kwara. 

You see, as a writer, i am not exaggerating my points but may i still convince you that our prospective Governor’s Vision, Inspiration, Strategic and Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, tolerance and Self-Awareness, Open-Mindedness and Creativity are so much exceptional. Willy-nilly, it has become our collective tasks to deliver YAMAN.

With his career in social policy, he has been able to gain an international perspective on issues, around the social care, health, economics and family planning, protection of children and women’s issues, and the impact of government policies beyond measure.

Kwarans, here is the expert driver who will journey us to the stardom. Here is the man who will bring a real change unlike the elusive one we’ve mistakenly allowed in. Here’s the protagonist who knows how to fix the Kwara of our dream. Here’s a great factor of change. Here’s an optimist with innovative insight. Let’s go onward. Let’s follow YAMAN. He’s the unifying force we need!

To sum up; Alhaji Shuaib YAMAN has the experience, capacity to reposition Kwara. With him, let’s go onward together.
